COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

As a technology business, we are very aware that your computer is important to you and in these unusual times it is your essential lifeline to the outside world. Without it, you cannot order food, provisions, prescriptions or keep in touch with loved ones and friends. You will also be unable to work remotely, as currently advised by the Government.

We want to let all our customers know that we are open for business to support you through these challenging times, although things might work a little differently as we follow the Governments advice. So what can we do for you?

Right now:

Sales: You are still able to purchase computer and printer supplies from us. All payments must be made over the phone and we are operating a zero contact policy adhering to the social distancing and other Government guidelines. Arrangements by telephone and then collected securely from the shop door-step or delivered to you. Terms & Conditions apply please ask when you call. Customers are not allowed onto the premises under any circumstances.

Repairs: NOTE that some repairs may take a minimum 3-5 days to complete to ensure hardware is fully disinfected coming in and leaving our workshop.

The type of repair work carried out can be either “Remotely”, by “By Appointment” or in very limited circumstances “By Call-Out”.

Remote Repairs and Support Services: Please phone us – we will then be able to guide you through the remote connection process.

By Appointment Repairs: Please phone us and we will determine whether your computer will need to come into the workshop. You may be able to bring it to us and drop it in safely, but without contact and in accordance with the Government-defined distancing. In certain circumstances we may be able to collect subject to the same safety constraints.

Call-Outs: Please phone us – services will be assessed, based on each case but for the time being, unless there are exceptional circumstances, these can only be by remote access.
